Establishing a heritage
We can trace our roots back more than 100 years to the early 1880s, when freight was delivered with horse-drawn wagons. In the hundred-plus years since the members of the O’Neill family have been proudly serving Central Illinois with a variety of transportation, freight transfer and storage services
Expanding capabilities
G&D Transportation was formed in 1984, and a few years later, we established a sister company, CDO Distribution, in order to complement our transportation offerings with cross-dock services. Then in 1996, we rounded out our logistics capabilities, adding a third company, Specialized Process Services, capable of handling numerous manufacturing processes.
Enhancing logistics
Since the mid-1990s, we have sought to enhance all of our core capabilities with technological products and services that facilitate the tracking and management of customer commodities. Each year, we allocate millions of dollars for the research, development and application of these powerful tools.
Joining forces
In 2005 we have combined the capabilities of G&D Transportation, CDO Distribution and Specialized Process Services to create a single, full-service company. Now, as G&D Integrated, we are able to provide all the same services with even greater speed and efficiency.
