Our logistics planning analyst services are comprised of knowledge based positions that focus on improving lot sizing, delivery frequency, and material flow optimization in the interest of inventory cost reduction and the promotion of a lean philosophy. Also, this approach allows the customer greater internal control of material flow from the receiving function to the final point of use.

G&D Integrated uses a strategic and consultative partnership approach to assist customers with on-site internal process improvements and cost reduction. Also, we are able to utilize customer information systems or our own information systems to support on-site service functions.
