Regarding our policy for de-activating/deleting unused accounts:
- When your account is initially created, you have 30 days to logon and active the account. If the account has not been activated in 30 days, the account will be deleted.
- Once the account has been activated for the first time, if 90 days passes that the account has not been used, the account will be de-activated. If the account remains de-activated for 30 days, the account will be deleted.
